Important information concerning the shipping of our CBD products.

Shipping

Rel Hemp offers the rates listed below for shipping. Shipments are made with USPS. All shipments contain a full lab report to support the validity of the product(s0 within. Smoke Flower are shipped in sealed mylar envelopes to preserve freshness and contain odors with the bag. Salves, tinctures, capsules, and pre-rolls are shipped in their own sealed containers.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing and shipping. All shipping times are based  on business days.

Rel Hemp is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues.

We do not ship internationally.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product when you receive it, you may return it for a 100% refund on the product only. Shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Smokeable CBD flower must be returned within 7 days of purchase date and must be in new condition unopened and with packaging seals intact. Returns are only accepted within 10 days of purchase date for wellness products damaged in transit. Requests must be submitted to info @ relhemp.com.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns.

Subscription cancellations must be at least 3 days prior to next subscription shipment. If a product is damaged upon arrival, please photograph the damaged product and email the photo with your return request to info @ rehemp.com. Flower, concentrates, partially used or removed products will not be accepted for returns.
